The Ladder Hat Inc. warrants against any defects in the tray due to manufacturer faults. We will replace the utility tray within one (1) year from date of purchase in a case by case situation. The Ladder Hat Inc. will not replace the utility tray if it has been damaged due to the negligence or the misuse of the person or person(s) using the tray. DO NOT RETURN the tray to where you purchased it. Please call The Ladder Hat Inc. at (703) 494-0770 and speak to Dewell Williams or Dawn Bryant. In order for replacement, we require "Proof of Purchase and the damaged tray to be returned. A replacement or refund will be issued, less costs for shipping/handling.
